Refunds and Exchanges: All items are subject to exchange only within 30 days. No refunds will be issued.
Special Orders: Special orders are not exchangeable. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch that has been custom made, altered, or ordered at the customer's request.
Layaway Policy: Layaways require a 20% deposit and are set up for a 180-day period. If a layaway is not completed within the 180-day period, the deposit will be forfeited. For any layaways that are canceled during the 180 days, the deposit will be kept on account as store credit for future purchases. No cash refunds.
Appraisals: Appraisals are available free of charge upon request for any item purchased at Royal Jewelers. This receipt serves as proof of purchase and may be used for insurance purposes, depending on your insurance company (please consult your insurance agent).
Cleaning and Warranty: Royal Jewelers offers free lifetime cleaning and inspection of your jewelry purchase. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 3 months.
Trade-In Policy: Full credit will be given for all diamond solitaire jewelry previously purchased from Fali Jewelers when traded in towards the purchase of other diamond solitaire jewelry. The new diamond jewelry must be priced at least 100% higher than the original purchase. The original receipt must accompany the trade-in, and the diamonds must be in their original condition.
Gemstone Damage Disclaimer: Royal Jewelers takes special care in the handling and setting of gemstones but cannot be responsible for damage related to unstable enhancement processes or gemstones that are sensitive to pressureor heat, such as opals, emeralds, or fractured stones. Any work on such gemstones will be done at the customer's risk.
Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure: Gemstone purchasers should be aware that natural gemstones are typically processed through one or more traditionally accepted gem and jewelry industry practices. All colored gemstones listed on this sales receipt may have undergone stable and undetectable enhancement processes, such as heat treatments, irradiation, or impregnation, to improve color and stability. Relevant information will be provided to the best of our knowledge.
